How it works

  2. An Engineer will then reserve an appointment day/time from your options for you to review.
  3. Once you’ve confirmed your appointment with us, we’ll complete your boiler service and a copy of your service document will be e-mailed to you.
  4. Should you need to change or cancel your booking, hit the ‘My Service Tracker’ button on your confirmation e-mail!

Please choose three preferred date / time slots and our advisors will confirm availability. If your chosen slots are unavailable, we’ll work with you to find another convenient time. Please note, services cannot be completed any earlier than 7 days from the order date. On the day of your service, we will aim to be with you between 8am and midday for an AM slot and between midday and 6pm for a PM slot. If you have an LPG, Oil or Unvented system, please call us on 0333 777 3235 before going any further with your booking.

What if I need to rearrange or cancel my service?

Once your booking is confirmed, you can make changes to, or cancel, your booking directly from your ‘My Service Tracker’ on your e-mail confirmation. Please check your original e-mail before calling us.

Who will carry out my service?

One of our fully-accredited local Engineers will service your boiler.

How long will it take?

Every boiler is different, however, the safety checks are the same. A typical boiler services takes 30-60 minutes.

What if there’s a problem?

Our Engineer will point out any issues they find whilst carrying out your service and will advise you of the best course of action to remedy any concerns or recommendations.

How much does it cost?

Your UW Boiler & Home Cover policy entitles you to one, free gas boiler service each policy year. If you have multiple appliances which require servicing, these will need to be arranged separately by you.
